This policy explains what information VALODERM collects through this website when you shop or contact us, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it.
Who we are
This website is run by VALODERM, a brand of Vansh Life Sciences, F-306, Plot No. 175-178, Shiv Vihar-C Vistar, Manyavas, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020. You can contact us about this policy or your information at admin@valoderm.in.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and the products you order.
When you send an enquiry through the form on our Contact page, the form asks for:
- your name and email address
- your phone / WhatsApp number and city (optional)
- the product and type of enquiry you choose, and your message
Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us.
How we use it
We use your information only to process and deliver your orders, send you order and delivery updates, issue invoices, and reply to your enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
To deliver your order, we share your name, phone number and delivery address with our delivery partner Delhivery. Payment information is processed by Razorpay.
Where it is kept
Orders and enquiries are stored in the secure admin area of this website and sent to our inbox. Only the VALODERM team can access them. Our website hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf to provide those services.
We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting laws, and enquiries for as long as we need them to respond. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Cookies
This website uses essential cookies, for example to remember the items in your bag and keep checkout secure. It also uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising cookie from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which pages you visit and what you add to your bag or buy on this website, so we can measure our ads and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. It does not send your name, phone number or address. You can manage ads based on your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.
Other websites
Our website links to other services, such as Amazon, Instagram and WhatsApp, and uses Razorpay for payments and Delhivery for delivery. Their own privacy policies apply to the information they handle.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing admin@valoderm.in.
