We want you to be happy with your order. Here is how cancellations, damaged or wrong items, and refunds work.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order before it ships and receive a full refund. Email admin@valoderm.in or WhatsApp +91 78520 77852 with your order number. Once an order has been handed to Delhivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Email admin@valoderm.in with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. Once we have checked the photos, we will refund you in full.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) through Razorpay. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask you for your bank account or UPI details to send the refund.
