Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no extra charges at checkout, including for Cash on Delivery.
Delivery time
- Orders are delivered in 3–7 working days after they are placed.
- Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, during festivals and sales, or because of weather or other events outside our control.
- You can check whether we deliver to your PIN code on the product page before you order.
Delivery partner and tracking
All orders are shipped with Delhivery. When your order ships, we email you the Delhivery tracking number (AWB). You can follow your parcel any time on our Track your order page using your order number and email address.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for PIN codes where Delhivery offers it. Please keep the exact amount ready; you can pay the delivery partner in cash or by UPI.
Receiving your order
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or the item is wrong, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos – see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
